These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of JPCenter.lk and the digital vehicle-information services we provide. By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

JPCenter.lk provides online access to:

• Japanese auction history / chassis lookup reports
• Vehicle manufacture-date (month) checks
• Auction sheet translation to English
• TAA yard photo lookups (where available)
• Prepaid credit packages for the above services

All services are delivered digitally. We are an information service — we do not sell vehicles, parts, or physical goods.

2. Account registration

You may sign in using a Sri Lanka mobile number (OTP) or international email (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use paid services.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise shown. We accept online payments through approved gateways (including card, mobile, and bank transfer options shown at checkout). Payment must be completed before a lookup is processed unless you have sufficient prepaid credits. We reserve the right to change prices; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

4. Credits and orders

• Single-check purchases are fulfilled immediately after successful payment.
• Credit packages add a balance to your account for future use.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless we explicitly approve otherwise.
• We may reject or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Data accuracy and limitations

Reports are compiled from third-party Japanese auction houses, registries, and data providers. While we present information as recorded at the source, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability for every chassis number. JPCenter.lk is not a substitute for a physical inspection, professional survey, or legal title verification before purchase of a vehicle. You use reports at your own discretion and risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute reports without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass payment, credit, or security controls.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Submit false identity or payment information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The JPCenter.lk brand, website design, and platform software are our property. Report content may include third-party data subject to their terms. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to view reports for your own buying or business decisions — not to republish commercially without permission.

8. Refunds

Refunds and credit adjustments are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Digital services that have been successfully delivered are generally not refundable.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect lookups. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPCenter.lk and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services, including vehicle purchase decisions made based on report content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
